Toby's "traffic" report is a joke. I wonder how thrilled his sponsors would be to know that 99% of his listeners change it to WTOP to hear the actual traffic every 10 minutes!
I like hot 99.5 but I try to not listen between 3 and 7 because of Toby. He is just so annoying. The traffic report he does is terrible for those of us trying to actually get a traffic report because you can't understand anything he is saying most of the time. And any prize he gives out like that pick a purse thing he keeps saying "hello, hello, hello" to the person on the phone. He just comes off as a Kane-Klinger because he is always trying to associate himself with Kane. Just an annoying 4 hour show.
